You can make an individual order with us in which all your wishes will be considered. Just contact us. You can send us photos of your dress or accessories and receive accessory matching for you by color, size, materials used, etc. The price for individual accessory will be indicated to you on the same day. Production period starts from 5 days.

SHIPPING:
Standard shipping from Ukraine to the world for 2-3 weeks, this date can vary depending on customs delays and holidays. After sending the parcel, I’ll provide the tracking number and you’ll be able to track all the movements of the parcel.
Express delivery is possible in 4-6 days

— Incorrect address —
Items will be sent to the address registered on your account . Please ensure that you address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by buyer. Refund/re-delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.

— Unclaimed package —
Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore. buyer is encouraged to track your package progressively in case of ‘Attempted Delivery’, that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, if the package gets return to me as ‘Unclaimed’, re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by buyer. Refund of the product amount (i.e. minus the shipping fee and 6% of the cost) can be arranged.
After receiving the seller’s itemIf the parcel returns back to me due to any reason, I return money (EXCLUDING 6% OF ITEM’S PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS) after contacting customer and recieving a requst for money return.
Refunds will only be refunded upon receipt of the goods by the seller
