Materials and fabrics can be substituted. We do not warranty hair elastics as they are not manufactured by us. All custom orders and bows with names/initials/monograms etc are custom made specifically for you! They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you are unsure of a color or size, you can order a sample piece. We also have fabric and ribbon samples available upon request.
